Owner: Lyntool, Inc. 

 

Summary: This project was unique in that it was to  serve as the replacement property in a 1031 exchange between BMG Metals and Lyntool. Modern Buildings, Inc. was contracted by BMG Metals to design and build this facility to Lyntool's specifications.
